Prices
The prices are to be considered VAT included, unless otherwise indicated.
In case of modifications, the order will be processed to accept the changes by the purchaser, duly informed.

Cancelling orders
Orders which cannot be completely escaped on the basis of stock availability, will be partially cancelled and their sums reimbursed, the company reserves the right not to accept or cancel any order, even at payment made, By communicating to the customer with mail within 48 working hours from receiving the order. Orders and deliveries
The orders must be received according to the modalities indicated on the site.

Upon delivery, the purchaser is obliged to examine accurately the goods received and to communicate by e-mail within 8 days in detail any defects found, or to oppose any other complaint in relation to the products received. In the event that the purchaser does not carry out such communication, the products will be deemed definitively accepted and in conformity with the request in the order.
It is understood that the client must refuse the delivery of damaged packaging to the courier and immediately inform the company of the incident; Otherwise, the goods delivered will be deemed to be accepted regularly in the conditions in which they are found.

Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to D.L. 15 January 1992 N. 50 (amended in 2014), the purchaser may avail himself of the right of withdrawal, giving notice by registered letter with return receipt addressed to the company, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods. In case of applicability of the right of withdrawal, the purchaser is obliged to return at his expense to the company the goods in perfect condition, not used, complete with all the accessories, in the original packaging absolutely intact. Non-observance of these principles renders the right of withdrawal unenforceable. Upon receipt of the return, the company, having verified the integrity of the goods, will reimburse the amount paid by the purchaser, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days from the date on which the communication has been received.
